Mrs. Bisangwa is a high-level advocate for women’s economic empowerment in Uganda. With extensive experience in education and women’s affairs, she serves as AWIP’s Co-Patron, offering institutional guidance, visibility, and national influence to propel the program’s growth. She plays a key role in engaging stakeholders and aligning AWIP’s efforts with national development objectives.
